Once a cable modem (DOCSIS 3.0, 2.0, 1.1, 1.0) passes a strict cosmetic screening process, it will be tested using a state-of-the-art cable modem testing platform. With the ability to test across multiple environments.

Cleaning and Packaging

Utilizing a strict cleaning and quality process, each modem is individually cleaned.

From there, each modem will be kitted according to our customer needs.

Failed Modems

Modems that fail the cosmetic screening process or fail testing requirements are clearly marked and returned back to the customer
